Bite Policy for Non-Sedation Dog Teeth Cleaning

At The Twoof Fairy, the safety and well-being of our clients and their furry companions are of utmost importance to us. While we strive to provide exceptional dog teeth cleaning services without sedation, we understand that dogs may react differently to various situations. This bite policy is designed to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved. Please read and acknowledge the following terms before proceeding with our services:

1. Client Responsibility:

As the dog owner or authorized representative, you are responsible for disclosing any prior history of aggression, biting, or unusual behavior displayed by your dog. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities that may affect your dog's behavior during the teeth cleaning session.

2. Muzzles:

For the safety of our team members and your dog, we may request to use a properly fitted and appropriate muzzle during portions of the procedure.

If your dog has not been previously acclimated to wearing a muzzle, we strongly recommend training and desensitization prior to the appointment to minimize stress and discomfort.

3. Dog Evaluation:

Before commencing any teeth cleaning procedure, our team will conduct a brief assessment of your dog's behavior and temperament to ensure it is suitable for a non-sedation approach.

If, during the evaluation, our team determines that your dog's behavior poses a significant risk to the safety of our staff or other dogs present, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue the teeth cleaning service.

4. Liability:

By engaging our services, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by your dog to our staff, other dogs, or property during the teeth cleaning session.

You agree to hold The Twoof Fairy, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your dog's behavior.

5. Refusal or Termination of Services:

In the event that your dog exhibits aggressive behavior, or shows signs of extreme distress during the teeth cleaning session, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the service for the safety and well-being of all parties involved. In such cases, charges will be incurred up to that point if partial services are rendered according to our policies.

If cancellation or rescheduling is done less than 48 hours before the appointment or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited

Late/Cancellation Policy

At The Twoof Fairy, we value the safety and well-being of all the animals in our care. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and maintain a safe environment for every pet, we have implemented the following late policy. Please read and acknowledge the terms below:

1. Grace Period:

Clients are granted a grace period of up to 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time. During this period, no additional charges will be incurred. The grace period allows for minor delays and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Late Arrival Charges:

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, a late arrival charge of $1 per minute will be applied. The late arrival charge is necessary to accommodate the time required to maintain a timely schedule and ensure the safety and comfort of all animals in our care.

3. Notification:

We kindly request that clients inform us if they anticipate being late for their appointment. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of alternative time slots.

4. Service Adjustment:

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the scheduled service to ensure the timely completion of other appointments.

5. Cancellation Policy:

If a client fails to arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled appointment time without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-show” and these appointments will be subject to the cancellation policy. The deposit will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’  notice.

If cancellation or rescheduling is done outside of the 48 hour cancellation window, the deposit will be credited towards a future appointment.



Deposit Policy 

At The Twoof Fairy, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure the smooth operation of our business. To secure event locations and mitigate the impact of no-shows, we have implemented the following deposit policy. Please read and acknowledge the terms below:

1. Deposit Amount:

For event locations, a non-refundable deposit of $30 will be required to secure the reservation, and this deposit will be applied towards the total cost at the end of the appointment.

2. Reservation Confirmation:

The reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

3. “No Show” Policy:

In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to appear for the appointment without prior cancellation, the deposit will be retained by The Twoof Fairy.

4. Refunds and Credits:

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where The Twoof Fairy is unable to provide the service for any reason. In such cases, The Twoof Fairy will refund the deposit or offer a credit for future services, based on the client's preference.
